Exercises for Kids

I'm looking for any information such as videos, ebooks, other related material that can help with child being overweight. Any suggestions on exercises that aid in fat loss and also can be fun for kids would be greatly appreciated.

Opt for high protein, good fats, even whole grain toast is ok in the morning. You can get your quality protein and fats from eggs. Try HIIT (high intensity interval training). You probably shouldn't be too concerned with the scales- so much as body transformation. After all, isn't that what your after anyway?
