Is sleeping contributes to weight loss?
There is some information available that tells that sleeping affects weight loss. Is there any valid reason which can prove that bad sleeping habits can lead to gain weight?

Fast weight loss is really difficult if you prefer the natural way. Losing weight needs some time as gradual weight loss is more beneficiary for future also. If you lose weight faster there is more probability that you will also regain it faster.

Supplements for weight loss or fat burner can result you the same as you can get by going through a regular diet and do daily exercises. It would be only money loss if you don't get any positive results after using the supplements. So think before going to any sort of weight loss supplements.
