Try cold showers. It bounces me back for a couple hours, followed by a nice, relaxing mellow. It`s good stuff!

Direct ab work isn`t really nessesary. Just be sure you got your diet and cardio routine in order.

You got it- pack on some muscle and it will passivly burn the fat! Eat a balanced diet on top of that and the fat should just melt off! At 18 anyways....

Why lift small weights? You have to challange your body to make a change. it`s not like bodybuilders got to where they are by daring to touch a heavy dumbell so it`s not you should worry about getting to big or anything either.

No need to keep your diet bland. There`s so many possibilities! Also, smoking is easy to quit, I`ve done it 3 times now lol!

Every second day or just 2/3 times a week for beginners. They do take quite a while to recover from unlike normal cardio.
