This is really informative as I think a lot of younger people assume having high cholesterol or problems related to cholesterol related to age and that isn't always the case.

I find this happens sometimes when I start to get tired and sore. Like others have said just make sure that you keep your neck in line with your torso and concentrate in contracting your abs. The pain will stop it just takes a little concentration on the muscles you should be using and not the ones ...

Cardio is good for weight but it depends on the person. Personally I find High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) works best for me for example tabata training. 20 seconds high intensity, 10 seconds rest x8 (4 minutes) rest and repeat. Especially for someone who lacks motivation or doesn't completel...
