Handstand pushups work primarily the triceps, traps and deltoid muscles, so no - they don't really work the chest - especially when doing them against the wall. If you want to work the chest, non-handstand pushups are probably your best bet. But you can do variations in order to work the chest more....
Definitely cross the legs a bit. It will help. But I think this is common, especially if you struggle with pull-ups a bit. Just keep at it and as you get stronger the whole leg thing won't be an issue anymore. For the last 7 months, I've been doing 30 pu's at the beginning of each of gym workouts. I...

If the knee pain isn't excruciating and like DianaB says, it's more an annoyance, just keep at it. As you strengthen your legs, the pain may go away. Make sure your form is good though. ThePhantom - I think most people will have the same problem when initially using a barbell. Just keep at it and eventually it will even out. Keep up with the dumbbells too, as that will help. Same thing happened to me when I started using the barbell. To this day, when I'm doing the last couple reps...

If you want to gain mass, then maybe just skip the cardio all together. More and more research is coming out suggesting that cardio isn't a necessary attribute to a good exercise program. Instead, diet and resistance training should probably be the focus. But if you enjoy getting the heart rate up a...

What works for me is half a cup of instant oats in a microwave safe bowl, cover with water and nuke for 1 and a half minutes. Add a little bit of honey and low fat milk and sometimes sprinkle on some blueberries, grape nuts, or stir in a half scoop of protein powder (after nuking of course). Takes l...

swanso5 is right. A powerrack is a great tool. But if you are low on free space like me, maybe just pick up a barbell and weights. If you're not going to be attempting heavy squats, then just a simple barbell can give you a lot of mileage. Deadlifts, squats, cleans, jerks, presses... all the good st...
