hello community, name is Darren. I'm 17 years old, 5'8", and i weight approximately 145 pounds. i'm a pretty happy kid, just kinda unhappy with body. heading into senior year of high school, i want to be a little more in shape and healthy, so i was looking at using this summer to do so. i have a on me and i have moderately size "man-boobs". i was wanting to reach out to a fitness community for idea to help me lose a little bit of this body fat.
As far as exercise, i have limited available resources. i do have a bike, a stationary bicycle. I was also wondering about diet and just anything else you had to say to me
