hello community, name is Darren. I'm 17 years old, 5'8", and i weight approximately 145 pounds. i'm a pretty happy kid, just kinda unhappy with body. heading into senior year of high school, i want to be a little more in shape and healthy, so i was looking at using this summer to do so. i have a on me and i have moderately size "man-boobs". i was wanting to reach out to a fitness community for idea to help me lose a little bit of this body fat.
As far as exercise, i have limited available resources. i do have a bike, a stationary bicycle. I was also wondering about diet and just anything else you had to say to me
I appreciate anyone who reaches out in advance :)

The bike will be useful to you if you can find time to use it at least 3x a week every other day for about 30 minutes.

As for the diet, what meal choices do you have and what times do you eat?

If you're 5"8 and 145 lbs...I wouldn't exactly say that you're overweight, I'm 5"9 and 150 lbs and I look pretty okay, although I guess I do work out a lot back in the day that muscle mass will probably constitute for some of it.
