
Haven't ran since Thursday.
Hope to get better and get back at it next week! I hate being sick.
I did get a couple of good workouts in last week.
Last one was 3 mile repeats
1st mile: 10:12
2nd mile: 9:20
3rd mile: 9:12
Did elliptical HIIT and weights on Wednesday.
Had some pain in lower back after last weeks weights. I know what I did wrong tho' I tried doing ab crunches on the ab machine, and I felt it pulling in lower back - thought to myself "this is probably not a good idea..." only did 6 reps, but it was enough to make it sore.
I have to be so careful with back - but at least I am back to doing weighted rows, bench presses, military press, squats, lunges. Haven't done any more deadlifts....scared to.

I need to get well...I don't have time to be sick.
