Anyway.
goal when I signed up was " To get back into pre-pregnancy clothes or smaller. " since I had signed up almost 1 year after daughter was born. It was a struggle for me. And finally...2 years later I can fit into pre-pregnancy clothes. However, I still have a long way to go! It's been an interesting journey, so far, and I've learned a lot. biggest thing I've learned is to not rely so much on the numbers on a scale (which I did in the beginning). I used to get so frustrated when I didn't see the numbers go down (at all or as fast as I would've liked to see them go down). I've learned that preferred way of seeing if I've lost weight is by use of clothes. I still have scale, but I don't rely on it as much, and I don't depend on it as much anymore either. In fact, after I realized I could fit into pre-pregnancy clothes, I jumped on the scale the next morning. It's interesting how your body distributes...erm... "stuff" after having a child. 3 1/2 years ago when I originally fit in these clothes, I weighed 170Ibs. I fit in those same clothes, but the scale is not at 170Ibs.

Maybe it's fat, maybe I gained muscle... (I think I have more fat to lose than muscle I had gained...and I feel that is proof with the pictures I took a couple of weeks ago), maybe it's a little of both....who knows...all I know is I made first goal, I'm in pre-pregnancy clothes. Now to work on getting into smaller clothes. As much as I want the scale to say weight is lower...I'm more interested in getting into smaller clothes than what a number says.
