Can you lose weight swimming?

gross boss. I try to not think about the pee, the sweat and who knows what else while i'm blowing out bubbles underwater and swimming. It's disgusting but i still like to swim.

Pools have filters so you shouldn't be concerned, unless the one you use hasn't or has a broken one, which is a bit irresponsible and almost certainly a breach of health and safety.
