Weight Loss Tips and Suggestions

Sup everyone, new here to the forums. I recently gained a lot of weight and need some help to lose it!
I'm 6' 2 and 300 pounds, I want to lose at least 100 pounds so I can be healthier! :)
Any good diets and exercise routines I should start??

Cheers BlooBlood, welcome to the show!

Diet.... eat clean...drink minimum 2L water a day (not any fluid... WATER)
4-6 meals a day
Clean means, fruit (first half of day)
veg (afternoon and evening)
protein every meal
Dairy at least 2 meals a day
Starchy carbs (breads, cereals, potatoes, rice, etc) 1-2 servings a meal... a serving is 15g of Carb


Exercise, place through week as you see fit but try this...

resistance training
cardio
resistance training
off
resistance training
cardio
off

Cardio is 20 HIIT or 30-40 minutes endurance style cardio
resistance training can be full body weight program or a full body, body weight style program.

Hey There

Ok, don't go from one extreme to another.

Do not eat really healthy.

Yea, I said it.

You will be miserable and suffer.

You won't stick to it nor should you.

You need to make SMALL changes.

Small Changes You Can Make:
1 - cut your number of crap meals a week in half
2 - try to exercise 30 minutes a day 3 or 4 times a week
3 - when you to go the gym, pick 1 or 2 exercises and just do those for 30 minutes
4 - do activities that are FUN

Like I said, small changes.

You can lose a ton of weight without suffering.
