Ok, don't go from one extreme to another.
Do not eat really healthy.
Yea, I said it.
You will be miserable and suffer.
You won't stick to it nor should you.
You need to make SMALL changes.
Small Changes You Can Make:
1 - cut your number of crap meals a week in half
2 - try to exercise 30 minutes a day 3 or 4 times a week
3 - when you to go the gym, pick 1 or 2 exercises and just do those for 30 minutes
4 - do activities that are FUN
Like I said, small changes.
You can lose a ton of weight without suffering.
