Maintain Body Weight/Gain

How many calories do I need to take in to maintain current weight? I do cardio 2 days a week and weight train 5 days a week. In addition, if I want to gain 10 pounds how should I start?

what's your current wt, body fat and metabolism like, training vol (sets) and duration of wt and cardios sessions?
