Well I will say you should be very proud of everything you've done, there is no question of that, so I sincerely hope you continue to do well.

Interesting site, but of course a few things caught eye.

"The best diet & fitness plan available", usual hype. There's no such thing.

One guy lost 12lbs in 3 weeks, so unless some of that was backed up sludge in his body, which a lot of people claim they flush out with diets, his body couldn't give up 4lbs of fat a week, he's not overweight enough you can tell, possibly 3lbs a week, more likely 2, so some of the weight could have been other things like bits of muscle.

Same with someone who's incredibly slim, and loses 38lbs in 3 months, and she definitely couldn't lose 3 lbs of Fat a week as claimed, she wouldn't have been overweight enough, unless she was about 200lbs+ to start with, it's doubtful.

I'm glad you've lost the weight, but I would heed caution about sites like that, as they may have good facilities, and decent support, but some of the quoted examples, with after pics, don't tell you the whole truth, just a couple of numbers you're expected to believe, and there's no before pics, to judge if the numbers may be correct.

Our of interest and if not it doesn't matter, but are you allowed to post anything you did off there, like some kind of training schedule, diet plan, to see if your losses are the right kind, or there's things that may be done better. We could give your plans a second opinion.

If not it doesn't matter, but again well done :).

Thanks Bossman.. I really appreciate the encouragement.

Well I do agree that every website has hype. That is a little thing called marketing. While I don't believe that weight will magically melt off overnight, especially when it took months to get there.

Their (HealZoo) exercise program is really good and has really helped me lose over 20 lbs in a relatively short time. It is something that i can stick with. The meal plans are very helpful as well. I will see if I can post anything about the program later.

Bottom line you just have to be dedicated to what ever program you are on and be realistic about it. This is just the one I chose and would reccomend to anyone because it is all natural. No crazy diet, no pills, no protien, nada. Just hard work. They also now have a new promotion that is great.

In a nutshell, I do high intensity interval training every day that takes me no more than 30 mins daily. As well as their Circut workout 3 days a week. Combined with that, I eat healthy and have a free day. It is brutal, but it really works for me. I burn alot of calories and eat about 1500 calories daily.

For some time, they were offering a kit so Im pretty sure that some of the users did use it and eliminated a lot of waste. But either way you look at it, it was still lost weight. So maybe that is where they figure some of the numbers.

Sounds fine. I'm always skeptial about things, but that's another issue, for another time possibly.

I would say though, you might be losing some muscle weight as well as Fat. 1,500 calories a day, for a woman who's active, sounds a bit low. That's what I'd expect at least a woman who is inactive, to consume, but I think you could add another 500, (roughly 100 per meal back in), and be fine. You might get a better daily amount of Micronutrients as well.

This might very well intially, cause a slight lowering of Fat loss numbers per week, possibly even a slight increase for a "limited time", but once the body got used to this change, (which wouldn't be massive, it's only 2,000 cals a day), coupled with exercise, the body would probably function more economically with the calories, after an initial adjustment period.

The Metabolism is quite quick to adapt, so I'd give a potentially feasible adjustment time of 1-2 weeks.

You would have to obviously feel comfortable about this of course. It's your body, your decision. I'm just telling you personal thoughts, I would never say "you must" do this or that, to people, well not unless they were eating 800 calories a day, or something too bad like that.

Good luck either way, and thanks for sharing, and I hope you continue to contribute here :).

Well,

I didn't . I wouldn't say that I lost muscle, I actually built muscle, I have been doing alot of weight training. and I am seeing the muscle definition. I eat a well balanced diet and it just happens to be low in calories. Each person is different and there are several ways to lose weight. This one happens to work for me and friends. In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you are consuming.

I am extrememly happy with this program. And would reccomend it to anyone.

That's fine then. The important thing is that you believe you're doing and are doing something healthy, and you enjoy it.

Keep up the hard work, you should be proud of it :).
