Well I will say you should be very proud of everything you've done, there is no question of that, so I sincerely hope you continue to do well.
Interesting site, but of course a few things caught eye.
"The best diet & fitness plan available", usual hype. There's no such thing.
One guy lost 12lbs in 3 weeks, so unless some of that was backed up sludge in his body, which a lot of people claim they flush out with diets, his body couldn't give up 4lbs of fat a week, he's not overweight enough you can tell, possibly 3lbs a week, more likely 2, so some of the weight could have been other things like bits of muscle.
Same with someone who's incredibly slim, and loses 38lbs in 3 months, and she definitely couldn't lose 3 lbs of Fat a week as claimed, she wouldn't have been overweight enough, unless she was about 200lbs+ to start with, it's doubtful.
I'm glad you've lost the weight, but I would heed caution about sites like that, as they may have good facilities, and decent support, but some of the quoted examples, with after pics, don't tell you the whole truth, just a couple of numbers you're expected to believe, and there's no before pics, to judge if the numbers may be correct.
Our of interest and if not it doesn't matter, but are you allowed to post anything you did off there, like some kind of training schedule, diet plan, to see if your losses are the right kind, or there's things that may be done better. We could give your plans a second opinion.
