Hey guys im working really hard. but now that cardio have increase to lose body fat. im finding it really hard to get butt hard and hamstrings to come out. any advice in exercises that can work?
LUNGES! Gotta love em! :) Oh yeah... and plyometrics are great for burning that fat too.... add in come jumping rope, box hops, burpees, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks a couple of days a week. Deadlifts are great for your legs too.

Yet again, you gotta love women who do real weight lifting!
Want some recreational leg and butt work try skating, roller or ice. How about a hike? Climb the stairs and leave the elevators for the old and infirm. How about going to the local school and run the bleachers? Go skipping with your kids. Or, remember the circus and the guys that lay on their back and roll a barrel in the air with their feet, you could give that a spin
