looked at it the other day...looks solid...i'm not the biggest fan of wave loading though...the 1st 2 sest seem like a waste of time to me...how far are we into it now? progress?

Last week I got to one rep of 215. I haven't been back to it but will this week. I get back to school where I actually have a better lifting arena
