i do lift from back a lot...and you'll notice on some of them i "lean back" at the top, this is a big no-no...the last deadlift vid (152 x 1) i lockout properly but arse raises a little bit before head does...this was first time i'd seen myself deadlift an i train by myself so i didn't even know i was doing it so it;s taking a while to iron it out...and i haven't been deadlifting much lately either

you probably should but i'm more of a "back" lifter and the heavier the wt the more you'll shift to your strong points...i can do deficit deads at 100kgs plus so i still have good strength in glutes/ham area...
i also have some pretty ordianary hip mobility (well it feels like i do but it's probably not that bad), and tight flexors and core could be stronger too, all of which i just worked on (vids were about 10 weeks ago)
this dropping the arse thing, i hope your not "bouncing" down to that position then trying to lift up, that's just what it sounds like...you shopuld however "pull" yourself into a low position to start at but always start from a deadstop

i'd lifted heavy, heavy, heavy and increasing wt over and over for a yr or more and i found some tightness creeping in to the body so went on a rehab phase type of thing now doing some jump enhancement training which is a lot heavy squatting and mostly stif legged deadlifts but nothing from the floor...i've got a combine program (geared for NFL prospects) i wanna do after that too which is 12 weeks which will have some deads in there but m ight break up with a 4 week lean up thing (getting a little soft it seems)
