Hey everyone I decided to start fat loss challenge today and thought I'd use this thread to track and show progress as I go along.

I'm an 18 year old and stand at about 5'9-5'10 and weigh in at 151 lbs.

goal is to have visible abs and to reach target weight at 125-130lbs which I hope to achieve by the end of April.

I plan to reach goals by making healthy food choices and to eat no more than 2000 calories per day. For exercise routine I plan to jog for 45 minutes per day on the treadmill 7 days a week, do sit ups and push ups daily, and do strength training 3-4x per week.

Lastly I will update this thread every week Thursday to show progress. Thank you for looking!

125-130 may be a little too low. i mean, you're not even fat dude. i'm 5'5 and i weigh 130. you may need to lose about 5 lbs of fat and thats about it. you may even need to put on some weight. you just need to clean up your diet and hit the weights HARD.

your testosterone is low (man boobs) and your carb tolerance is also low (stomach)

increase testosterobe - hit the wts hard, limit cardio (like none really), lots of red meat

stoamch - go to diet section and read "read before posting..."
