I'm an 18 year old and stand at about 5'9-5'10 and weigh in at 151 lbs.
goal is to have visible abs and to reach target weight at 125-130lbs which I hope to achieve by the end of April.
I plan to reach goals by making healthy food choices and to eat no more than 2000 calories per day. For exercise routine I plan to jog for 45 minutes per day on the treadmill 7 days a week, do sit ups and push ups daily, and do strength training 3-4x per week.
Lastly I will update this thread every week Thursday to show progress. Thank you for looking!
