Hi I have a question that may sound dumb but still I haven`t found the answer. I know that you have to consume protein after lifting weights, but if I want to do some cardio after doing strength training should I also consume protein or wait until I finish cardio? Thanks!
Personally I would bring 2 shake, one for after weights and the other for post-cardio. But if you have only one, straight after your cardio when all is finished, and don't forget your Post-workout meal too,.
