Supplements after working out

Hi I have a question that may sound dumb but still I haven`t found the answer. I know that you have to consume protein after lifting weights, but if I want to do some cardio after doing strength training should I also consume protein or wait until I finish cardio? Thanks!

Personally I would bring 2 shake, one for after weights and the other for post-cardio. But if you have only one, straight after your cardio when all is finished, and don't forget your Post-workout meal too,.

I like to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwitch after I work out...I feel so much better and I don't know why.

you dont really need a shake after cardio if you'vre already had one, you donlt cause any muscle damage

depends if you can do cardio with it in your stomach

even better do cardio on your off days
