Maybe so Lauren, but realistically if you're eating twice that, then it's almost certainly too much.
I'm not going ot sound preachy here, as I really admire what you're doing, and GOOD FOR YOU misses seriously, but you could be overloading your Kidneys with Protein, and long-term you'll get a lot of Fat with your Muscle gains eating as much as you claim.
Fact is, you're not someone who needs to eat double that figure I said right now.
You're 14, weigh 112, and if you do eat around 3,000 calories, it's potentially overkill for the body. You could bulk relatively easily with a good weights regime, eating roughly the calorie amount I said. Then every few months when you stall, add another 200-300 calories a day, to encourage some more growth, without a lot of Fat gains from any excess calories.
Right now you need to remember, that things like Kidneys are still developing, and I'd bet if you're eating double what I said, you'll be eating a lot of Protein, and may be heading for problems like Kidney Stones, or mild long-term damage, from overtaxing the Kidneys, with things like high Protein, possibly high Salt etc etc.
The possibility is, due to your training and possibly if your an Ectomorph body type, those factors will stop you getting really obese, off the daily calories you are claiming you eat, compared to being an Endomorph or Mesomorph who does little to no exercise, but eats that many calories.
So don't be too quick to seemingly dismiss the figure I gave you. If you were 21, that figure would have been around 500-600 calories higher than that anyway, then become higher over time.
If you eat way too many calories, and you don't need a lot of them, you'll store a lot of Fat with your Muscle, because the calories not needed will convert to Fat, and then you'll have difficulty shedding that Fat in the future.
Eating what you need for now, then adding sensible daily calorie increases, like the ones I mentioned before, every few months, will keep your growth relatively more Fat free.
Plus it will make it potentially easier to grow, if you're not getting as much Fat gain with your muscle mass, as you'll be leaner, and probably able to lift a bit more, without that extra Fat weight working against you.
As I say I really admire you, so I'm saying what I'm saying to help you, not spout off
