Icky and kind of sticky Question: I never used to stink when I sweat. Now I sweat heaps all day and it smells awful. Is this normal, the smell that is?

I think this is great advice. I get a little overwhelmed with what i should eat what i shouldn't. How many carbs i need to eat or protein etc. Also, i like the squat and lunges idea too!swanso5 wrote:start by eating as many veggies, fruit and lean meat/eggs as you can anad also doing squats and lunges multiple times throughout the day at various times like maybe sets of 10 squats on evedn hrs and sets of 6 lunges on odd hrs
