Icky and kind of sticky Question: I never used to stink when I sweat. Now I sweat heaps all day and it smells awful. Is this normal, the smell that is?

I think this is great advice. I get a little overwhelmed with what i should eat what i shouldn't. How many carbs i need to eat or protein etc. Also, i like the squat and lunges idea too!

Start slowly and increase slowly, you should get moderate soreness but not bruising!! ....I have posted a good workout for beginners here : http://www.jacksayz.com/free-workouts/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and will be posting more so you can vary every 4 to 8 weeks which is important both for your body as well as your mind.

Very best of luck......make sure you keep on training the trick is continuity :o
