Wow! Thank you Boss Man for the encouraging words! That really means alot to me.

Everyone here is awesome and the advice and support I get is so important to me. And if I am able to give a bit of advice through experiences or a little pep talk to someone who is down, then everything I have gone through or learned from is worth it.
Felt a little light headed several times today. Especially upon standing or moving after sitting down. I'm thinking blood pressure is low or something. I tend to have low blood pressure as a rule anyway.
I did treadmill run this evening. I felt like I had a 50 lb. weight strapped to each leg. I don't know why, I haven't over eaten. or ate anything really heavy in fat. So far today I have had about 1000 calories.
Anyway here is workout for the day:
7 a.m. - 2 x 50 ab crunches (floor exercise)
2 x 20 bicycle crunches
6 p.m. - 3 mile run treadmill
1st mile: 9:37 (1/2 mile at 6.2mph - 1/2 mile at 6.3 mph)
2nd mile: 19:04 (1/2 mile at 6.3 - 1/2 mile at 6.4)
3rd mile: 28:22 (1/2 mile at 6.4 - 1.2 mile at 6.5)
1 x 50 ab crunches (floor)
1 x 20 bicycle crunches
2 x 20 leg lifts (floor)
diet today:
breakfast: frozen fruit smoothie w/protein powder
almond crunch granola bar
snack: mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios)
lunch: grilled chicken/potatos/corn/roll
snack:mixed nuts
haven't had dinner yet, lately I have a pb&j sandwich with some brown rice chips and nuts.
Tomorrow I will focus on upper body weights - give legs a rest.
