The last two sets of deads were a strain. I hadn't really fealt alot of resistance until now, as I'm trying to work in slow to hopefully avoid injury.
Lunges are something totally new to me, and require some balance......

Mil. Press, to front, these were a strain for the last few reps also.
Bench, a strain, but feeling more natural, reps already up.
