Need Pro. Opinion

Ok so i started this diet about three weeks ago.. coupled with a workout routine where i do an hour at the gym 6 times a week training 2 muscle groups each day. Apart from that i train basketball with a local club twice a week, and go practising whenever i feel like it. lol

since i started this diet plan, i have been seeing some positive results.. of course it's jsut been 3 weeks so nothing miraculous ;) anyway, it's not that i'm not pleased. but i'd like a professional opinion on this diet... this is basically what i eat everyday:

7:30 -> 3pcs Oatibix with skimmed milk
9:30 -> 4pcs Oatibix with skimmed milk and honey
12:00 -> Fruit salad (consisting usually of an apple and a banana, and two other fruits depending on what i have at the time) + Ultimate Whey Gainer formula Protein Shake
12:30 -> Start workout till 13:30
14:30 -> 100g of brown rice mixed with abt 6-7oz of canned tuna (in oil) and a tomato with some black pepper on top + Ultimate Nutrition Whey Gainer formula Protein Shake
15:30 -> Cup of Green Tea with some almonds
17:30 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)
20:00 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)
22:00 -> 2 tbsp peanut butter and sometimes a glass of wine.

Other than that i drink only water, and as much as i possibly can.. aiming at 2.5 to 3 ltrs a day.

so that's basically it, i'm starting school tmorrow so im gonna have to change some things i guess.. won't have the comodity of home, but anyway, i'd rly appreciate any input on this diet :) thankyou

p.s. info -> Turning 18 next tues :D :D , 5'11'', 72 kg, 20% body fat.

(you'll get mine. It's not pro but it's free, so it's yours if you want it.)

(Need more protein here. Things like half a scoop of Protein powde, Chicken, Eggs, Turkey etc etc)

9:30 -> 4pcs Oatibix with skimmed milk and honey

(Same deal here as well. As you're not training between these meals, I'd suggest some other kind of CArbs, lower GI would be better, like Fruit, Veggies, Cashews, etc etc)

(seems fine enough, but I'd save the shake for after the workout)

12:30 -> Start workout till 13:30

(Have this at 15:30 with the GT and Almonds, otherwise you'll be having this just 1hr after the Protein shake. Too many calories in one shoot probably. Read reccomendations on Tuna later on.)

15:30 -> Cup of Green Tea with some almonds

(See above.)

17:30 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)

(Peas are Legumes, and Corn is a grain for future reference. Good meals overall, remember that Fish contaisn Mercury so limit the Tuna to 2-3 times a week.)

20:00 -> 5oz grilled chicken breast, 10oz veg Salad(mainly Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, and some mixed veg[peas, carrots, corn]), 3oz canned tuna (maybe a fruit for desert)

22:00 -> 2 tbsp peanut butter and sometimes a glass of wine.

(Have more Protein. Maybe a bit of Chicken, a few Egg Whites etc etc)

Thanks boss man! awesome reply, i'll see what i can do to modify it, get some more protein in there XD i'll do some more research nd post new diet when it's done :) awesome help btw!! rly appreciate it!

p.s. here in malta, drinking is legal @ 16 , nd i read a glass of wine a day is rly healthy, i take like a half of a glas ;)
