While right now for me it's all about getting back into it for the first week or so, I haven't really ever had a good eliptical plan, I seen a few ideas with the 3 min warm-up then 1 minute going psycho fast, then the next go easy for like bleh amount of minutes, I dont remember what brand it is, but I got an eliptical trainer with about 30 different "courses" and I think theres 15 different difficulty levels, and main mission as of right now is to get rid of the midsection that snuck up on me, diet as of right now sucks due to the whole can't go and buy decent food until tommorow

But basically I want to know what's the best way to use this machine? I haven't really tried anything before but the normal pace throughout the whole excersize (not knowing there was better ways to do it), so any help is appreciated. But if it's a needed knowledge, most of this fitness fun is oriented into me playing hockey next year, so I do have a LOT of time to get prepared for it, but starting now, benefits me greatly.
(Thanks In Advance)
