ive struggled with being overweight for age all life, and i finally got sick of being fat.
so i changed eating habits and have fallen into a familiar routine if eating healthy and exersizing.
i love it.!
before, at 5'7" and 170lbs.


and now, at 135 lbs.


now the thing i need help on is little tummy.
no matter how much i work out or how healthy i eat,
situps crunches weight training
it does nothing to make it shrink haha.
