beforee and afteer ... so far. (: HELP too?

when i first started weight loss journey i was in senior year of highschool.
ive struggled with being overweight for age all life, and i finally got sick of being fat.
so i changed eating habits and have fallen into a familiar routine if eating healthy and exersizing.
i love it.!


before, at 5'7" and 170lbs.

and now, at 135 lbs.

now the thing i need help on is little tummy.
no matter how much i work out or how healthy i eat,
situps crunches weight training
it does nothing to make it shrink haha.

Cardio will help a lot, jogging, I jog before cardio so I get heart rate up so you lose more make sure to drink lots of water while doing cardio it helps flush the fat.

Try some weighted crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises, frogkicks and front plank. I don't know what your doing now but i know these worked for me. Looking great though!! Keep it up!

Also possibly make tweaks to the diet. Nothing drastic, but either calories are too low, or you just need to jiggle your Macros a bit.

you have a pooch which isnlt the end of the world, you just need to learn to activate your transverse abdominis which holds your stomach in...maybe do a youtube seach
