Im 14, Ok so im having trouble getting to the last part of lower abs and toning chest.Im eatings better and workout plan is doing me good. I just need a couple tips.Im always wondering if i should pick up some protein bars and supplement at local gnc, if so what kinds.
Here are pcitures which is , where i want to improve, please post tips and workouts to help this currently i ahve dumbells and a flat/decline bench, im willing to purshace new equipment that arent like machines and reasnable THANKS!!!!

If you're saying Flat Bench leg Extensions help to tone Chest, then they don't.
You might be referring to one of those Bench press type Benches, with a little Leg Extension bit on the end, but the Leg Extension attatchment, won't work Chest.
