Hi Rob,
Maybe you can help me.
I am a small person with a skinny frame and am looking to gain a bit more weight and muscle.
Gaining the weight in the right places seems to be problem. It all seems to gather in stomach but legs and arms are still skinny.
I find it hard to get a straight answer to dilemma on the internet. I have a dumbell set which I have started using just doing some curls and some push ups too.
Would anybody out there know a good dumbell routine for me to do and what's the best course of action for me to gain weight properly.
Thank you

Re: Hello. I 'm here to Help!
Hi Rob,
I need a starting point. I am 47. I have lost weight before doing weight watchers and jazzercise. I want to lose about 30 pounds. How should I start? I guess question is, what do I start with and how much? Cardio, weights, etc? I told husband the other day, "I need someone to tell me where to start and what to do"! Thanks.

Hi Rob,
Is there any faster way to reduce stomach fats. I have a nice body but shape of stomach is like an round apple.
I know that I need to do more cardio but I feel bored doing it, but enjoy doing other weight lifting workouts..
Any suggestions to reduce stomach fats faster? will be helpful..
Thanks...

A twinkie is kind of like a vanilla cake role with cream in the middle.

Actually a Ho Ho is not a twinkie. It is a chocolate rolled cake with cream filler:
Ho Ho:

Twinkie:

and just as Les said - sugar crap wrapped in plastic:

I'm think I'm getting a sugar rush headache just from looking at the pictures!

I think I just put on 5 lbs looking at that.
fyi - each serving of twinkie has 150 cal and 4.5 grams of fat and a serving of ho hos is 250 cal and 17.5 grams of fat.
Is there really anything worse you could possibly put into your body?
