I really want to loose weight (25-30 pounds) and gain muscle at the same time, can anybody help me with making a workout plan to achieve this? Also how to tone arms as well please & thank youu
In losing weight, you need to eat less than your daily calorie needs and combine this with regular exercise. To maintain weight loss, you need to eat healthy, strength train and be active. In order to gain muscles, you need to eat foods good for building and repairing muscles. Try foods rich in protein (eggs, fish, soy etc.). To tone your arms, you may try push ups, dumbbell exercises (bicep curls, tricep extension, side arm raises, dumbbell kick backs). These are simple yet effective exercises.
