Most of them are, as long as you don't overindulge, to the point you have a heavy Carb intake.

The main ones to avoid are Dried fruits, as they are very sugary.

I like to eat a 1/2 banana post workout with some protein or protein shake.

Apples are good too - high in fiber keeping you feeling full longer.

Berries are good too, usually lower in sugar than some fruits. Strawberries, blueberries are good, alone, in cereal, or in smoothies.

Mango and Banana are okay, though large Bananas have about as much Carb as a large Baked Potato, which is around 30g, so be mindful that if you don't want to overeat on the Carbs, then perhaps consider a large one on it's own as a solitary Carb source, or have a small or medium one, then a small amount of something else with Carbs as well if you want.

thanks boss man, t is really informative. so if you want to eat banana or mango or potato i will have those in little amount. i think this will be helpful, instead of avoiding ill reduce the quantity.

Not necessarily in little amounts, that not what I eluded to :).

I said if you want things like lare Bananas or Potato, keep them as the main Carb source in that meal, or in the case of Bananas, have smaller ones and supplement the carbs with a little of something else, so you're getting enough Carbs.

I never said limit the Mango either :).
