You can have the best of both!

Ingredients:
4-5 ice cubes
1 scoop *high quality vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of plain 2% Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
3 tablespoons of organic peanut butter (peanuts should be the only ingredient)
1 tablespoon local or raw honey
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 60 seconds! Easy as that.
