chest shape

Post by tommy »

im 16 and im having a lot of trouble getting chest the way i want it. i want a pretty flat kind of lean chest if that makes sense. right now chest is very flabby and i have like rolls by armpits cause of the shape of chest, it looks terrible. i do about 30 push ups a night. i cant do much more than 30 because i demolished arm last year and im kind of limited to that much, but i can do other exercises if i need to i just dont know which ones to do. i have been doing pushups for months now and im still not seeing much improvement. i look very weak and unhealthy. can anyone help me out with this please. i dont have a home gym or anything just a pull up bar, med ball resistance bands, and a few dumbells. thanks for all the help in advance and sorry for the long post.

Yes, because apart from push-ups it's really difficult to do Chest without a Bnech apart from something like Pec Deck obviously, so using a Bench allows you to do things like Dumbbell Bench Press, and Flyes

How long to see some results ? In case, it's been after only 3 weeks that I remarked some changes. Just increase weight everytime you can, I was usually increasing by 10 to 20 pounds a week, and it's still like that. I'm now a 340lbs bench presser, 5.7 160lbs... I personally think that the pecs are the "easiest" things to workout for a men.
