Cardio can be done in so many ways. I myself can't run for 6 miles straight, or go on the eliptical for hours on end. It's just too boring for me. Amazing workout. Feels like a jogged for about 2 hours without feeling too tired or bored. So fun you don't want it to stop. I got the DVD set so it's super easy to go downstairs and dance around and know i got a good workout. Easy to learn moves for every type of dancer. You should try it.
