Something is really going on maybe in your body condition itself or in the monitor you are using. Try using other types of monitor as suggested by ultimatehlth. The numbers that you mentioned are very high.

Yes you can do it but try to slow down as a start. Do not do it nightly. Just start at two times a week then observe how your body reacts to it. As your body adopt to it then you can slowly increase to three times a day and so on.

Of all the things that you said weight loss surgery is the one that will never be option. I am too afraid to do it and most importantly I have not budget for it. Thank you very much for your ideas.

Morning work out is already good. Even though there is a difference when you do work both morning and night, I think it's over working your body. Let's always keep in mind that too much of a good thing is bad.

I always do topping cottage cheese with a little strawberry jam in any bread before I put it into the oven for mild heating. children love it but I am still wondering if it's good or not. Any idea..? Thank you..

There is no dumb person. Have you read about multiple intelligence? Human brain does not only function for thinking. There are 8 known intelligence. Very few individuals could have all 8 but an person could be good at atleast one. Athletes are good in there bodily-kinesthetic intelligence.

As I understand it, if a particular pill failed in any of the two tests, we should throw them away. I just want to ask though, Is there a test where we could determine if a pill has Titanium Dioxide or not? Thank you very much for the info boss man. You may save lives because of this.

The safest way is the natural way. That's what many were saying but losing weight is very scientific. It's not just eating natural food or supplements and doing exercises. You need to know what kind of foods and exercises fits your body needs and will not cause further damages.
