Hey Guys just wondering, when starting to get fit can u start off with walking on a treadmill at speed of 5-6 km/h?? for an hour. then say after 1-2 weeks increase the speed? or would using "HiT" be better? do 5km/h for 2-3minutes then bump it up to say 8km/h for 2-3 minutes then keep swit...

Need to loose weight

Hey guys im 17 years of age nearly 18 i weigh 275 lbs (125kg) and im 6'5 tall and wanting to loose weight! i have some equipment, at home i have x-trainer, weights (dumbells/barbells) treadmill. bike. what would a good routine and a good diet be? im wanting to get down to atleast 85kg-90kg ASAP! btw...

so if some one intakes 1000-1500 calories a day they need to burn off that much in a session, or what your saying is the calories that leave the body naturauly plus the session?

Hey just wondering what speeds and when to increae and decrease the spped i have a treadmill that goes 1-16km/h so what speed should i start on and for how lond before i up it to a faster speed.

no cardio and just doing weights, compound weights all body workouts 3 days a week>?
