Re: Shoulder Problem

Hello again. The tests I did were listed in a previous post. I'm bummed b/c I can't do pushups without feeling some discomfort in left shoulder. I fear something is wrong deep within. Again, I think I may have done this to myself from all the heavy carrying of bags I've done since the beginning of S...

Re: Shoulder Problem

Hello gentlemen and thank you for the responses. This evening, I did the tests the kind pers. trainer suggested and I passed them. But as I hold out left arm perpendicular to torso and then turn the arm in both directions, I can feel how something deep within shoulder seems "unhinged". I'm...

Re: Egg Yolks...

Speaking of eggs.. I have a problem eating them sometimes. It tends to be when they are undercooked. I'm not sure why, but I throw up after eating them. It is very much a crap shoot. I wonder why... I wish I could eat them with no problems ever. They are so beneficial to a bodybuilder's diet. Cheers...

i'd start at easier cardio and see if that works, you dont wanna use all your "recovery" calories Ok, sounds good. Max OT says you should take a week off 8-9 weeks in, so that's what I'm deciding to do right now ( body is really feeling all those weeks!). I'm going to do cardio for this w...

What's next after MAX OT?

Hello everyone. I am in week 9 of 12 of MAX OT training. The gains in mass have been great. But I've put on too much fat. I know I can cut up and lose a lot of this. Can you recommend a cutting program on Shapefit or elsewhere? Current stats: 6'3" 272 lbs 25%bf 193 lbs muscle mass (I used body ...

Arthritic-like stiffness

OK, thank you. Do you recommend I go to family doctor or should I head straight for a specialist?

<<However you need to get it checked out, because we can't tell you what it is, or how ot treat it if possible, just suggest things, and make you aware of possibilities.[/quote]

Arthritic-like stiffness

Hello all. I am a 36 yo man who is currently having issues with his hands. No other joint pain, just hands. They are stiff and sometimes painful, much like a person with arthritis would complain. I'm kind of worried about this. Could it have been brought about by handling weights? I've been lifting ...

motivation

Cassie I love that quote as it emphasizes the DO portion of life. Anyone can TALK about how great they're going to be in x number of days, weeks, months... These are all awesome tips. I use most of them, but I wanted to add: 1. Youtube videos. Tons of free advice from fitness models/trainers. 2. Usi...

thoughts about training

I think I've said before I'm 35, 6'3", 260 and have a mesomorphic build. I certainly know a lot more now than when I started at age 21, and am happy with the muscle I've put on, but I'm carrying too much fat in midsection (I'm above 20% bf) and although I have the goal of being lean and muscula...

any program followed properly will work...i'd opt for the waterbury method at this time though I just started the Waterbury yesterday and will do so for the next 4 weeks. I really feel it in legs this morning after the 10x3 set/rep scheme. I hoping for some phenomenal results at the end of the prog...
