Re: new shapefit

Hey there: I am not trying to file a complaint but just wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I can't log into strength training page on Fit Tracker. It allows me to access the cardio tracker but the fit tracker page is just blank. I haven't been able to log onto it for a few days now. I...

But when you go from working out so hard to get to a goal. You reach the goal and do your best to maintai...

Well-that is a good possibility. Something has happened. I have a really cute pair of open toed 4 inch red pumps that no longer FIT at all. I just wore them to a Christmas party two Christmases ago and now you can't even see toes through the open toed part. It is ridiculous. I have to get rid of the...

Okay-definitely probably lost width on feet after trying to wear several pairs of shoes. It is hard to say because I have extra room in the toes and the heels of most of shoes.

I am not sure if I am losing girth or length. All I know is that I am exactly one size smaller than I was 18-20 months ago. Which I think is a lot!

I will check it out with tennis shoes and report back!!! :D

Thanks for posting that Boss Man. I have never experienced problems on this website but have had SEVERAL issues on Facebook. Almost to the point that I wanted to just completely take myself off of Facebook. And of course, to reach anyone at Facebook to try and take action was next to impossible. So ...

Feet are Shrinking!

When I first started workout regimine after 6-9 mo. I noticed that all of shoes were too big. I have worn a size 8-1/2 since high school. I realized that I was down a half size to a size 8. That was last year. Within the past few months, I have been noticing that tennis shoes feel like they are slip...

advice is just to make sure to stick to it and don't give up. I think that most people give up too soon. It took me a long time (at least 5-6 months) to start seeing a lot of changes. :D

Swanso- Read you article. I will have to get more creative next injury (hopefully no more injuries :D). I went to the gym last night and it was great! I still feel just fine so I think whatever it was, it was a minor thing. I do know about Joint Injuries because I did injure rotator cuff about 2 yea...
