chest exercises help

hey everyone i was wondering if there are any other exercises to get all the parts of your chest, like the lower, and upper-middle mainly. I dont have a decline or incline bench or anything so i was wondering if there were exercises to do at home.

Also you could cross the legs, to reduce swing.

chin-ups

hello everyone i was wondering, when i do chin-ups i tend to swing forward. even when i go slow legs tend to stick out. is this bad and why does it happen? thanks

Go for Cereals that aren't coated with anything. Wheat, Oats, Corn, Barley. Cereals that are what they are, that aren't Frosted, Sugary, covered in Chocolate. difference in training

hi everyone i was wondering if there is a difference between doing exercises where you hold your body weight instead of doing repetitions. for example, will doing planks give you different results than doing crunches, or pull-ups compared to flexed arm hang? thanks Tommy

ok cool ill take it out and give it a try. how long will it take to see results, or is that impossible to tell. also does diet affect chest fat a big amount. how much of a difference would a diet change affect chest development. thanks

i have huge scar about 8 inches long on the back of arm and the doctor kept on stressing to use vitamin E and he said the key is to really rub it in to create friction and heat its working for me
