Re: Some progress.

Well it is hard! I stalled at 200 lbs for about 2 months, maybe even more. Now I lost 5lbs, and I don't feel that I lost muscle. One thing for sure is that I didn't lose strength. Anyway, it's all about the diet... Training is really just secondary, if not at very end. I think diet, rest, sleep is a...

Re: Some progress.

I agree. I know the theory, it is just that discipline with the diet is not ideal right now, and I don't see that changing during Holiday season. So after NY I will come to where I want to come. If I get to 185 without losing any muscle it will be great haha.

Re: Some progress.

Oooooooooo. Nah. I think I will lose both. I mean goal really is not to lose 5 lbs of muscle, but I am assuming I will lose that much muscle in order to burn 10lbs of fat. I want to weight around 185 lbs. It will allow me to be at most mobile shape for sports I play: Basketball and soccer. cassiegos...

Question about timing

Hi, I just got new job. Yay! Which requires me to take 1 hour lunch break sometime around noon. I am not one of those people who can do nothing for that 1 hour, so I wanna go to the gym (Which is barely 5 minutes away from work. How convenient?) and workout. Now I want to go to the gym during lunch ...

I find it very hard to believe in that. That might work for someone who never worked out, or someone who is there and wants to maintain muscle mass.

Again, I'm not saying you're wrong, I just can't think how someone who has developed muscle can rip it with 2 or 3 exercises.

So the trainer told you, you should do every body part, every time you workout? Very hard thing to do. I do only two body parts at the time + abs: Chest and triceps Cardio Shoulders and forearms Cardio Legs , back and biceps I can't possible imagine how the individual can train every part in one day...

Well there is this theory and if you don't like unsourced information don't read the next: - It is said that between 8 p.m and 4 a.m for most people body is going through cleaning phase. Where body cleans all unnecessary stuff, and that eating during that time, process is slowed down, or is not effi...

I belong to Planet Fitness, and yeah. They have some bs rules, but dead lifts are allowed. There are two bad things about the gym: You can't bring protein shake in (I do it all the time, and say it is water). They don't have dumbbells over 80 lbs. I don't believe in grunting. Yes, it does help you, ...
