Cross Training day!

10 minute run @ 7 speed
10 minute bike
2 minute sprint + 1 minute jog = 10 minutes
10 minute ski machine

Hey! Sooooo boyfriend said he would pay for me to run a full marathon. All I do is talk about running and how much I miss it and so on. So, starting last Monday I began training. I, too, have fairly large calfs 1. because of genetics ( dad has big legs and so does mom) and 2. I did play soccer in junior high through college and run a butt load so distance running will not make them smaller. Just tell her to embrace them. I have morning runs and love them :D Though, I have had to cut back to 30 minutes is the morning to keep from being too much of a "cardio bunny" and maintain the muscle I am building. I am usually awake by 4:30 and in the gym running by 5.
